The Worlds first Edible Christmas Jumper!

I was challenged by the lovely guys at Dr Oetker, to create ‘The Worlds First Edible Christmas Jumper’! At first I could not believe what I was being asked to do and had no idea if we could pull it off, but after several weeks of consultancy, testing, tweaking, baking and creating, we didi it!! It was a brilliant result, thanks to all the team who helped and to Nathan Pask for the awesome pics too, and lastly to my daughter Lydia Sear who the jumper was made to fit, she modelled it well and it was great fun to work with her.

It got lots of press attention which was brilliant, check it out!

Have you got a challenge? Want me to make something edible for you or your brand? Let me know!

Everyone’s favourite Christmas gear gets a tasty make over in cake, as baking brand Dr. Oetker creates an entirely edible festive woolly. Crafted by expert baker Juliet Sear, the entirely edible winter woolly took over 50 hours to create using 10 kilos of icing, 5 kilos of marzipan, 1 kilo of chocolate and a large sprinkle of Christmas magic.
